@Vodkatini : They get people that drive in from all over. I haven't been for a while but maybe next time try it again. Our friends from Oklahoma will be back in April for sure. My Dh was down a few weeks ago and said he had a hamburger there. I was shaking my head with all the seafood he ate a burger?

And just today I had to get a steroid shot and shot a Rocephin sent me home with a Z pack and I'm sick as a damn dog true story

@lynnsgirl : Hugs to you & hope your better soon . My hubby started getting sick yesterday . Was really coughing & left here prior to 8 this morning headed for the doctors office . They did a breathing treatment on him & now he's headed for the drive through window to pick up his medicine . I asked him what they said was wrong with him . He said they told him he had the crud . The physicians assistant said EVERYONE HAS IT !!! So he agrees with me they have no idea what he has . Could be reg flu could be Coronavirus maybe just a cold without testing I guess it's a good idea to just call it THE CRUD ! So now you see why I've stocked a bunch of food & stuff . Yesterday I made a large pot of gumbo . This morning I made a very large pot of veg & beef soup . I'm making A big roast in the slow cooker & another big pot of gumbo is on the stove now . So I'm going to make 2 meat loaves to put into the freezer also . . Now if we're both sick one of us will make it to the kitchen & warm something up . These new storage containers I bought at Kroger can be heated in the microwave.. This will make it a lot easier on us .

@nikkiole : I always think i am going to make pancakes and never do. I went to make pancakes yesterday and realized i slowly accumulated over a 12 different boxes / bags of instant pancake mix. i think i am good on none perishable food LOLI think i am good, but have been doing the same. I just start picking up double the amount of bottled water and water jugs every time i make a trip to the store.
