Health ins rates WERE based on claims, like all other lines of ins. Obamacare changed that.
Life ins is still more expensive for men (caused it's still allowed to be based on claims).

(It's worth noting, however, that in 1972, states could still constitutionally prohibit and punish sex outside of marriage.)And yet we have how many freak'n abortions a year in this country??? This Supreme Court law in 1972 gives the fundamental decision to bear a child or not yet for some reason people can't figure out how to use the contraceptives they have the right to now have cause of a law???? Maybe the Court should have given some directions with that law.

@JustSayn : it's certainly not all of them, but contraceptives are not 100% effective, even when used correctly.

@ParksideRes : I have heard that all my life. I guess nothing is 100% but come on man, what are the actual stats. One in 10 fail or more? Is it user error? How many out there used the contraceptive correctly, I mean really used it correctly but that damn manufacturer made this one faulty. Maybe some just don't know about that 1972 law.

Are you really trying to say driving down the highway while drinking a Red Bull, texting, changing the song on the radio, while talking on the phone and looking at the GPS map on your dash is like trying to use a contraceptive correctly?

Perfect rubber use is 2% per year.
Sounds low but multiply that by tens of millions.
