I was driving in the rain all day, it was such a mess. Get home and find only 2/10 in my gauge . What gives I think is there a hole in the bottom. So I go to the official ADC weather station and find it recorded just under 3/10. So I guess we didn't get much. Ours is probably coming in the morning.

We could be in the bullseye tonight. Get the cars off the streets just in case. I'm hoping the rain bands will be more toward Liberty ,....but Kingwood /Humble might get their turn tonight. Let's hope not, but best to prepare.

I just got pictures of my subdivision and it is the worst it has ever been. I don't have pics of my house and that scares me no one is posting or sending. Horrible for the ones that live there full time. I had considered it but might not be an option any longer. As long as everyone is okay, that is all that really matters.

@West-Tex : Thank you. It is funny because things look so different, I can't make out who's house they are. I am back and forth with my neighbor that is in Germany for a few months and she is the same. We can't decide where this one street is that is undercut so much a car driving on it would fall in. I think it is our street. She lives across from me on the cusp and also, Gulf front. She has electric so maybe not as bad as I am imagining.

@West-Tex : I hope the roads are where we can go. I'm going to try and rent a Jeep. We won't do anything dangerous but hopefully just see what we need to be ready or call insurance. I think so many others need prayers. we can handle what we are given but I am seeing lots of damages to areas that might not be able to do anything. This is going to be a sad sad storm. My houses are just investments. These homes are friends full time homes. It breaks my heart to see all the damages to vehicles and homes.
