RajunCajun : Well at least you know you have a HOA have not seen any one from ours in the hood in a year, but it's funny my neighbors keep getting the funny letters about them dam trash cans, but there is nothing about the old junk car sitting two houses down for the last five years.
@bodyboy : yeah. Our HOA is decent. But kind of aggressive. One man got a notice about weeds in his flower beds. He was given a deadline. He cleaned up his flower beds before the deadline. He went to the board meeting and showed them before and after pictures with date stamped photos and they still said he had to pay the fine. Ridiculous. We don't have any social activities because the social committee got fed up and quit. Very annoying. But our entrances and common areas always look great and crime is low. Quiet neighborhood
