the people dying from it are either elderly or very young with weak immune systems. The same people who would probably die from the common flu. I may be naive, but I think it's getting way blown out of proportion.
@The Sicilian : I think the difference is that the people with weak immune systems can (likely have) gotten the flu shot to help protect them. There isn't a protection from this virus and it seems to spread more rapidly and without obvious symptoms.
So for someone with a weakened immune system, this is something to be cautious of. I wouldn't discount that concern because it does have some validity.
