@Govchance : Actually I'd bet he's been severely punished his whole life. Maybe molested and more. Yes, obviously he wasn't brought up right, yet the Mom directed them to him. I'd bet this story is going to blow up..

@chasinghosts : You may very well be right, some official intervention is definitely needed here, police, CPS, psychiatric help. This kind of behavior can not go unchecked.

Someone get a pipe and beat the hell out of the kid. If it was my kid first if I saw my kid even pick up anything to hit a dog or any animal i would have my belt ready and whip the heck out of my kid. An old fashion whipping wont hurt the your child. If it worked for me it would work for any child. That is why kids are the way they are some parents dont discipline their children. As the bible say spare the rod spoil the child.

@Chicago : I don't think the Bible was condoning child abuse as an equal and opposite. But I respect the corporal punishment alacrity.

@WeveBecomeEastHouston : I said discipline not child abuse. I was joking about hitting someone with a pipe...but the belt does good for any child who needs disciplining. And using the belt is not child abuse. But wait if your a young person yeah you would think it would be. Trust me a whipping with a belt is not child abuse. Trust me alot of kids these days need a good old fashion whipping. For me it took only one good whipping from my dad and boy did I learn to behave. But then back in my days kids respected their parents now they dont.
