@ginx : Just gonna leave this here. Good base...I double the shallots and garlic (maybe triple the latter 😂) and ditch the lemon zest for a little more red wine or balsamic vinegar. Delicious and no crap in it! Also, if you don't like it chunky, just roast all the tomatoes and blend it all. A little grated parm in the blender is great, too!
