Well it would seem this episode is far from being over, and the conclusions presented by Barr may not be as cut and dry as he made it out to be.
From what I've been seeing on various networks 45 does not have clean hands here. He in fact instructed some of his aides to commit illegalities but to their credit they refused to carry out his orders.
To sum up in my opinion what Mueller appears to say is - yes it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, but I'm not going to be the one that determines if it's a duck. I'm going to leave that up to Congress.
Whereas Barr has concluded flick it. I'm going to make the determination that it isn't a duck. Will House Democrats let it go at that? Probably not. And if this were a Democratic president with a Republican House in charge they wouldn't let it go at that either.
