@brightlights : Yes, ma'am. It's been a couple of years since I've seen him beebopping to the library. White male, 30ish but hard to tell because of his lifestyle...looks older, thin, dishevelled, brown hair cut short then, very intense looking guy.

@brightlights :

The fella's name is John Rambo, AKA Rocky Balboa or just "Rocky"

Priors include a long rap sheet... too long to include here, but the guy set fire to a small town in Washington state. Former boxing champ and special forces, presumed armed and dangerous.

Yep : did Rocky stole your stuff too?

@sandman : the mere thought of Rocky intimidates me straight to my safe space. I've never had an encounter with the chap, but with a name like Rocky, he must be a tough customer.

~ 23 hrs ago   Jan 18 2019, No matter how Chief Dawes wants to water down the numbers, we all know Humble is ghetto.

@sandman : I live in Pinehurst & my mailing address is Humble Tx & so is Walden Eagle Springs The South Atasca Woods & others . I don't consider any of these & some others ghetto . In the 38 or 39 yrs we have lived here the Oaks & Pinehurst had a murder .And a few yrs ago there was another murder I think in the parking lot ???? . This is in no way Chicago or a place that has murders almost daily . Our Precinct 4 officers have told us in HOA meetings crime is low out here .I would think they know . Do kids steal stuff out of cars YES THEY DO . And seldom is it a breaking into the car situation because the owner left the car unlocked which says to me their not worried about crime .

******** Forgot murder in Kings River *******

@bbk :

Humble refers to Humble proper, the part covered by Humble Police Department not by Precinct 4. We aren't what they consider Humble.

I'm watchful when I go to the mall to get a haircut . An officer once told me a robbery in a parking lot next to a freeway was prime for grabbing a purse or stealing from inside the mall entering the freeway quickly they are out of site .

You people obvious have not met Rocky, or cami's friend with the gun, or the kids who stole the ak47 and his girlfriend blew her own foot off and then boyfriend throws it down the sewer (whatever happened to them?). Whoever killed that elderly couple in kings river. Lots of maniacs around here. Danger danger danger.

@Yep : The AK47 kids...They are juveniles. You won't hear much. The male is awaiting trial. It just doesn't happen overnight, but the courts are following through.
