I get them on my pepper plants all the time.

They love the plumaria. I suppose it makes sense, as plumaria is in the milkweed family, I was spraying my plants with neem earlier, but after looking it up, I suppose I will leave them.Btw - I planted over a hundred seeds last fall and brought a dozen cuttings back last trip to hawaii.Might have overdone them.

@redneckroy : Oh yeah, we've had conversations about the Plumeria plants you have!!! I love them soooo much!! Sure wish I had a good place for them. If I still had my house, I'd definitely get some shipped from the place you told me about.
