Currently able to seat 40, their expanded dining room and private
dining space will more than double seating to accommodate 88 BBQ diners.
~ Private dining for 20-25 is ideal for corporate business, holiday parties and wine dinners.
~ Beer and wine have been added to the menu.

With the expansion reaching to the storage, prep and cooking areas, the
500 gallon Southern Pride rotisserie smoker increases catering capacity
from 500 to 800+ portions.
~ Hours Tuesday through Saturday (also expanding) from 11am-8pm.

A new Pastry Chef joins the Fire Craft BBQ team to offer a daily
variety of specialty desserts to sweeten your dining experience.
