Balmoral parents have a new option for quality early education and care
with the opening of Primrose School at Balmoral in October. This new
location will serve children and families in the Northeast Houston area.
The
school can accommodate up to 215 children and is currently enrolling
children ages six weeks to five years old. For children in kindergarten
through fifth grade, Primrose School at Balmoral also offers before and
after school care through the Primrose Explorer Program, as well as a
fun, full-day summer learning program through the Summer Adventure Club.
Primrose School at Balmoral also offers Go & Grow, a part-time
program that provides a safe, healthy place for 3- and 4-year-olds to
enlarge their circle of friends, build their social skills and develop
their character and social emotional skills through play, music, and
literature.
Local Franchise Owners Matt and Anne Evers are
excited to bring exceptional early learning experiences to children in
Balmoral. The Evers, who live in the Humble area, purchased their first
school, Primrose School of Atascocita in 2015 and quickly fell in love
with the brand. They are now seasoned owners with Primrose School at
Balmoral being their 5th location.

in customer service, we were drawn to Primrose Schools because of its
balanced approach to curriculum and strong devotion to character
development," said Matt and Anne Evers, Franchise Owners of Primrose
School at Balmoral. "With two boys attending Primrose and living in the
Lake Houston area, we are very excited to bring a family-oriented
business to our community and offer a welcoming space for children and
their families to come every day."
Balanced Learning® Approach
Children
at Primrose School at Balmoral will benefit from the

Community Impact
The
construction of the school contributed approximately $4 million to the
local economy and will create 35 jobs once at full capacity. The school
is actively hiring for teacher and staff positions. Additionally, the
Evers plan to give back to the community through annual events that
provide students the opportunity to practice generosity firsthand.
School Features
At
12,068 square feet, Primrose School at Balmoral features 11 classrooms
and six secure, age-appropriate playgrounds, can accommodate up to 215
children. The learning and fun will continue outdoors through gardening
and nature activities in the school's garden, "Primrose Patch," Splash
Pad, and Basketball Court.
Health & Safety
During this
time of enhanced concern, the health and safety of children and staff at
Primrose School at Balmoral remains the highest priority. The school
follows Primrose Schools stringent health and safety requirements,
maintains all protocols as outlined by local and state health
departments and licensing agencies, and monitors CDC recommendations to
help ensure the safety of staff and children at the school.
The
health and safety measures at the school include but are not limited to
the following: frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of the facility,
classroom materials and equipment; frequent handwashing by children and
staff; touchless check-ins; required wearing of face masks by staff;
temperature checks for children and staff upon entry; disinfecting
playground equipment before and after each use; and professional deep
cleaning of the facility every weekend.
