Grow old gracefully. Love your wrinkles, they are well earned. Be bald and proud. After all of these surgeries, they all start looking like big, ugly drag queens.
Some of these people obviously have body dysmorphic disorder. That's the only thing that can explain why they are happy with their alien looks.
