Since I usually cook bacon in the oven now, I might give this a shot. I think it'd make delicious candied bacon (just sprinkle with a mixture of brown sugar, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper before twisting)!

@justanirishgirl : Maple syrup? Honey? Idk what sugars are keto. Agave syrup? Blah. We have done the maple syrup and it's pretty good (just use a pastry brush).
