Turkey bones My turkey bones are on and simmering. Every year the day after Thanksgiving I take the turkey carcass bones, skin and the vegetables we put inside when we roasted the bird and boil them. It makes a nice rich stock. I then use the stock to make turkey soup. After it makes a nice rich stock I will strain it and then make some cornbread to go with the soup later. It will be a good soup day. Not really cold but just wet and dreary. Stay tuned for the finished product. Hope everyone has a great day today.
