@hutch5801 : I agree. Pretty much anytime I go out to eat if it's going to be a big meal and I know I will have leftovers I always take that into account when I order my meal. Because somethings just heat up better than other things as leftovers. But I'm one of those people that loves leftovers. Besides, if you can make two meals out of the price of one it saves a lot of money.

We had spaghetti squash lasagna, probably my favorite spaghetti squash dish as well as one of the easiest. And enough for dinner tonight as well!

@Floyd : I have never had spaghetti squash lasagna. I do use spaghetti squash instead of pasta sometimes or spaghetti and meatballs. But spaghetti squash lasagna sounds delicious!
