Tuesday night dinner

Nope it is not taco Tuesday over here. We are having lamb meatballs with chutney, couscous with toasted pistachios, green onions and dried apricots and carrots with honey and cinnamon. What are you having tonight? @babypineapple I am tagging you since you asked me to post a picture earlier.

My son is having rice cereal following by a bottle. He started cereal yesterday. I'm not sure if I'm going to eat dinner because I'm not hungry (late lunch).

I made "cheaters" lasagna. It's for lazy cooks who need a quick meal from a frozen state. You make layers just like regular lasagna, only using frozen cheese ravioli. Sauce on bottom, ravioli , then mozzarellaâ€¦repeat. Frozen garlic bread and bagged salad and "behold" it's dinner.

@CarolS : I have had that! It is delicious. Costco has a premade dish similar to that. We get it from time to time when I want a quick and easy meal. Now you have me in the mood for it.

I had Panera Tuna with this thick cheese soft bread. Spring salad mix, tomatoes and purple onions. It was really good and still have half for today. Yummo........,...
