@Woodsman : Yea I highly doubt it, I read the charging documents. Plus he's got a ton of other charges. Thefts, evading arrest, kidnapping, burglary of a habitation.

@Woodsman : There is a special LE chip that is installed. It was a while ago and tech has leaped bounds but my Diplomat had one.
