Traffic Stop Leads to Arrest of Suspect with Stolen Car
On August 24, 2023, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 16300 block of West Lake Parkway. The driver was identified as Eric Morgan.
Further investigation revealed that the vehicle was reported stolen to the Houston Police Department.
"Eric Morgan was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. His bond was set at $7,500.00 out of the 174th District Court." - Constable mark Herman
