There was an accident that looked like a small motorcycle and cars. We went to Whataburger and didn't see anything when we came back though. My son thought the cycle ran into the car but just guessing.

1960 is just a wreck waiting to happen every single day. What a big mess

It is absolutely the worst mess and my kid keeps calling me to go to get the granddaughter at school and i hate going across the lake. Those people are insane how the drive from around Atascocita Rd all the way to Huffman 80-100 is not fast enough for them. I had to go south at the Big A coming back and my car almost got flipped over by the wind of a dumper going about 90 off the bridge. Thought the light would never turn.

I do not recognize this area any more. I get very disoriented on 1960.
My house is getting the "for sale" sign this week.

@MooMaw : I hear you. Just going out late at night for food is crazy. I've never been afraid of much and driven all over but 1960 scares me. Where will you go?

@ladybeachbum: I am now living in a golf course community south of baton rouge. I drive to baton rouge once or twice a week for shopping, etc. I light out of there by 2:00 because of traffic. Our club has a restaurant and pool. There are several other good restaurants that are nearby. I tend to putter around here because I'm done with traffic.

@ladybeachbum: yeah. I went to bunco at night in the shores a few months ago. I was so nervous because the lined were wacky that I couldn't see where to turn.

@RajunCajun : It doesn't bother my son at all but then he is young. I consider myself a good driver but I just don't want to be in the mess. I would have thought I would be spending less money but dang, Amazon comes here too often!
