Serving drinks outside, thought bars were closed

They are supposed to closed and so should be dining areas.

@hey : Yea it was recommended no more then 10 in group of gatherings as well, so they are violating the mandatory request here

People not following these government "recommendations" are going to ruin it for everyone else. More and more things will continue to close until we're forced to stay inside our homes. Y'all keep *****ing around with what's being recommended and see what happens.

Yeah as much as I love Time Out, what they are doing is irresponsible.

I don't think they are doing it out of greed, they are doing it for those that work there. Unfortunately, it's going to make things worse for everyone.
