I wonder if the sheriff's office in Harris county, lets them go if they are illegal? Im certain, if he is a U.S. citizen, they will throw the book at him, but how soon will he be driving aroun, our neighborhood again, in his red impala?

@pyrate : He is an American (US) citizen. So is his mom. This case has nothing to do with that.

@pyrate : I mean considering the circumstances, probably a while before he's out. If he does get out somehow he'd be put in Longterm.

@NightKirin : What they need to do, is anyone making threats or involve with those shouldn't be allowed in school. Y'all wanna fight, take it to the streets not school
