My oldest daughter and I went to Saltgrass to use some rewards.

@EddyFree : Oh I love BBQ stuffed baked potatoes. I make that for an easy meal during the week when I have left over BBQ I need to stretch.

@MrsT : YUMMY! I have not been there in ages. What is on the plate with the chips? Is that some kind of salad in a cylinder shape?

@chasinghosts : I can eat pizza any night of the week. Did you make it from scratch?

@Weathergirl5 : It's a crab stack. It was really good. Normally I'm a cheapskate and don't buy appetizers but to use the $20 rewards I had to spend $50.

@MrsT : Oh nice! I love anything with crab. Sounds like you got a good deal too!

@Weathergirl5 : Yes, and I have the recipe for the # 1 Deep Dish in Chicagoland, It's not my favorite though. I will always prefer the thin crust, and especially Rosati's. Grandkids were not fans but my husband is.

We went to a gathering where friends and family shared about 400 lbs. of crawfish and a couple-few beers, what an awesome day it was outside.
