@Cbear : Yes! But, thankfully I'm off of work today so it wasn't that big of a deal. I didn't have to get up at 4:30. I slept until seven which was nice.

@ladybeachbum : Right! I try to make it a habit of buying a rotisserie chicken every time I go to Costco. I heard they lose money on those things it's such a good deal.

@RajunCajun : Lol I don't really have a recipe. I just take the skin and meat off the bones and then boil the bones and skin to make a rich broth. I strain it and then add whatever vegetables I want. Sometimes I add pasta other times I add rice. Then I add the cooked chicken back in. I usually add salt, pepper, time and maybe some rosemary or garlic powder.
