I don't think that can be repaired by the guy on 1960. Glad you're OK. I would have done some major verbalizing in a very high pitched voice…

@redneckroy : glad you are OK.
That is crazy.
I once had a van that was hit by a bottle throw by kids off an overpass.

So glad you weren't hurt by that debris and/or glass.
I'd need a good stiff drink (or two) afterwards to stop shaking!

@redneckroy : Oh my gosh! That is scary! I am glad you are ok. Several years ago I was coming home from Houston on 59S and a piece of plywood flew off from the truck in front of us. It came thru the windshield and the windshield shattered. Luckily the edge of the wood hit the edge of the front windshield so the board bounced and flew off and did not totally come inside the car. But it shattered the windshield on us. It could have been so much worse as yours could too. Glad you are ok. Very scary.

when we coming home from the woodlands area we take 242 and come that back way. we did so last week and was on hwy 59 going south coming home. just right after new caney the car in front hit their brakes and swerved not giving us time to see react. it looked like someone had lost a sofa and several car hit it. there were cars in both lanes next to us so how my husband managed to miss hitting the big pieces is beyond me. even at 75 he still can drive well. he has been driving since before he was 16 and has never had a wreck. so when i ride with him i close my eyes and say over and over he has never had a wreck lol
