CONSTABLES ARREST SUSPECT FOR HIS THIRD DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED OFFENSE
 
On December 19, 2023, a deputy with Constable Mark Herman's Office conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 18300 block of West Lake Houston Avenue. The driver was identified as Jessie Brandon and displayed signs of intoxication.
 
Standardized Filed Sobriety Tests were administered and it was determined that he was intoxicated.
 
"Jessie Brandon was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with his third offense of Driving While Intoxicated. His bond and court information has not been set at this time." Constable Mark Herman
