Porky review. Just saw this. Certainly not gourmet and certainly not worth the money.

They are probably overwhelmed with the amount of people. Never go to a new place when they first openâ€¦give it a little time for the hype to die down.

You probably didn't read the response from when I went yesterday. They don't have the kinks worked out at most of the trucks. Probably won't go again until late February.

@Luckysis : That's right. I broke my own rule and went to the grand opening of Hunan Garden in the back of Kingwood. I wanted the $20 gc and it took 2 hours just to get chicken fried rice!!!!!!

Looks like one truck that wasn't prepared, can't call out the whole joint on that. I'm sure they will have a period of dialing in what they need and will improve. These things are to be expected on day one, I'll hang back and wait for the kinks to work out.

one out 12 trucks. The place had a great ambience. I would simply try a different truck next time

@eighteen : lol!!!! They were actually homemade burgers with white bread. And they really tasted good. But you didn't pay for them especially $50 for three burgers and a couple of fries.

@Luckysis : And that's understandable, but you don't charge the price of the gourmet burger when it's not. They should've not charged them but maybe half the price or something off

I dont like the credit card machine asking for a tip on the front end, typical of many other establishments

Yes, every time we went by they were totally crazy full of cars. There are a lot of different trucks probably with different skills.

I dont like the credit card machine asking for a tip on the front end, typical of many other establishments

@ginx : I hate that. I just tell them I'll leave the tip on the table. What are they doing? They're ringing up your order like they're supposed to do. They're not doing anything special for you. I hate that. Skeeters does that and they have this real mean lady that works at the register. And I wouldn't tip her for anything she's so rude. But I'll leave the tip on the table.
