@MrsT : I like movie theatre popcorn. I haven't been to the movies though in quite some time!

@Cbear : I had some Friday because the tickets we bought included it. I prefer kettle corn and not spending $10 on a bag of it. ðŸ˜‚

@MrsT : Yeah. Movie theatre popcorn, like everything ....has gone up in price!

@MrsT : Yep that was in the paper the other morning. My dad went to Walmart and stocked up on a few bottles of it.

Bottles of popcorn?

@Cbear : Yes. Because us old farts know how make popcorn from kernels the old school way without paying for the microwave popcorn! (Even though it can still be done in the microwave!)

And as prices go up, us old economical farts might teach some folks some stuff! LOL!

I buy a 6 pack of Kroger brand kettle corn for like 2.50 and the kids make it themselves.

@CelticStorm : I used to have a whirley pop popcorn thing that you put on the stove top. It made some pretty good popcorn, but I got rid of it when we moved. It was old and space on the moving truck was too tight for me to move a bunch of junk that I rarely used. So now I just buy the microwave stuff.
