Unknown location in Humble - caller advised they saw a one year old female walking down the street, only wearing a yellow t-shirt and a diaper, carrying a dog, but lost sight of the child. Deputies are en route. (I couldn't understand the street name the dispatcher said, it sounded like old glen dr)

@Blackhorse77 : Poor baby!! 1 year old is a toddler! They can't even walk that well. How does a one-year-old get out of the house. SMDH
