Plumber Dan!!!!!

Let me start by saying... DAN IS THE MAN!!!!

This is the second time I have called him for his service... and he DID AN AMAZING JOB ONCE AGAIN!!!!

This man is genuinely honest and fair!!!! He knows his stuff and more!!! He discovered an AC issue while fixing the water heater!!! Please keep him in mind when you have a plumbing issue!!!! He is very reasonable and he makes sure the job is done right!!!!

A friend of ours used him. He did the job.and fixed the plumbing..

They told us the story of plumber Dan coming to fix the clogged sewer line.... When he left he was covered with...... You know what...

He fixed everything, but when he left he was covered....
I felt sorry for plumber Dan when I heard that story

I have used Dan for years, now the last three times he changed his bid price, did shabby work also the last job he changed the price and ask for money up front I gave it to him and he drove off.

I get a kick out of reviews citing fairness in price an honesty....Many people are so happy and exited to have their "problem" fixed that they don't know what kind of deal they actually got....Not saying that's the case here, but just in general....I recommend stating what the person/service did, how long it took them, and THE PRICE you paid so everyone can draw their own conclusions...JMO...

@ParksideRes : I heard he was licensed, but I don't know for sure. I was told by a mutual friend he was a master plumber , but got fired for playing video Slot games at gas stations.

@KeithWright : I always ask providers for proof and so far everyone has been honest. I never use unlicensed/uninsured, too much of a risk.

i Had to cover the rest of Dans text, due to his fowl language. This website deleted it. I used Dan, even though he is weird, but I really have seen a side of him now, that I don't want around my family.
