Real hard to get a conviction when the detective takes the 5th Amendment when asked if he planted evidence.

People always forget this part of the trial.

People can go back and forth on if he did or didn't do it, come up with all kinds of conspiracies. But he did do all of this.

@MrsT : Oh, yeah, he was abusive AF. I don't think anyone is taking that title away from him, LOL.

Terry Crews has also admitted to being abusive to his wife or ex-wife. He also played in the NFL. I think a majority of those guys back in the 80s/90s were using steroids. Not by any means excusing the behavior. That's why all of these leagues have cracked down so hard. Anytime a professional athlete performs well in a game, they come back to their locker with a note saying they have x-amount of hours to submit a drug test.

@tinytim : I am not saying that OJ was innocent. I am saying that Detective Mark Furman blew the case when he took the 5th, when asked if he planted evidence.

People always forget that. When your lead detective takes the 5th to planting evidence it is really hard for a jury to convict.
