Victoria Bean was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with two counts of Failure to Stop and Give Information and Driving While Intoxicated - 2nd Offense. Her total bond was set at $300 out of County Court 11, according to Constable Mark Herman. #msg2173290
 
That is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!...That's why I don't go to "Jury Duty" anymore....Our so-called "Justice System" is CRAZY RIGGED!....
