@Littlegoo : That is a good question. I think maybe the grand opening in on Sunday so all the Wilson Rd "Hippos" can work the new one to help the new hippos out. Just a thought.

I don't remember Christopher's having a very large seating area. Am I wrong? The interest is strong and once people start going it may be a long wait to get in, I am guessing.

@ladybeachbum : Hippo is located in the place next to Christophers... Not a big seating area there either. However the original Hippo location has very limited seating. When we go there, it seems lots of their business is take-out.

I went to Dirty Juicy Burger as I had an errand over there. Sooooo good. I'd forgotten how good they were. I had the cream cheese, jalapeÃ±o, and bacon burger and it was badass.

We went to Hippo tonight. It was great. More seating than the other location. It was packed!

@+1 : I think I'm going to break from the salad and grilled fish/chicken and leave room in the calorie budget his week to get one of these rascals. The pictures! LAWD! I can't keep looking at them. It's food porn.
