My new classroom before the magic happens. I have 2 "pocket" rooms in my room so that will be interesting. My partner teacher's classroom is inside of one of the pocket rooms (so his class passes thru my class to get to theirs) and the other pocket room is the math and science storage room. I have to locate my desks. So far, I love the district and school.

Choosing to be a teacher is a high calling. Especially given the pressures that teachers are faced with today. You have my respect.

@M1cha3lo0o : That's why I retired. Time to get out of Dodge. These kids today are so disrespectful and out of control. It just gets worse. I'm not putting all kids in the same basket but it's just more and more these days. The kids are not taught respect at home so they don't respect their teachers either.

Prayers to all teachers heading back to school. It certain takes a lot of dedication. Have a great year. Oh & prayers to all support staff also. All of you have hard jobs.
