Salad and baked potato

I bought pre-packaged brisket at Costco. It was surprisingly good. Added salad and mc & cheese for an easy meal since I had a bunch of errands to run.

@Jagger : That looks yummy. I made Cajun Ham, Noodles and Cabbage in one pan. Granddaughters went crazy for it. Then we baked a Devils Food Cake for Dessert.

@Jagger : Looks delicious! I tried a new recipe last night with a pork tenderloin. I served it with homemade mashed potatoes and roasted brussels sprouts. It is a keeper.

I had an interview after school so my son and I didn't get home until almost 7 pm. We had Chick FIL a. Then we both were asleep by 9. Now for STAAR testing to begin.

@RajunCajun : Brisket sounds delicious. Was the brisket you bought at Costco fully cooked?

@Weathergirl5: it was. I only had to nuke it in the microwave for 5 minutes. It was 25 bucks but it was good. There was enough for two dinners and a lunch.
