We had Freddy's again because I had to go to Kwood HEB for something and well, we were right there.

@RajunCajun : That's what we had last night. I have some leftover roast with vegetables that I'm going to cut up and put in a pot later this week and make a roast stew.

@chasinghosts : I love Freddys skinny fries! They have the best chocolate shakes there too. Thank you for the tips.

@babypineapple : Same here. I was worn out yesterday so tonight we're having leftover curry beef. I try to do a lot of my meal prep for the first part of the week on the weekend so it makes it easier during the week. Sunday I cut up all of the vegetables so all I had to do yesterday was brown the roast and then throw the vegetables in on top of it.

@babypineapple : Hey there is nothing wrong with French onion dip for dinner! No in all seriousness, it really does save time to prep stuff on Sunday for the first few days of the week. If I didn't do that there's no way I could throw together the meals I do after working all day.

@Weathergirl5 : I started to just order a meal prep kit (hello fresh, etc.), but I heard once you order the boxes they're hard to cancel

@babypineapple : LOL every Thursday I sit down and make out a menu for the next week while I'm placing my curbside order. I don't always know exactly what day I will cook something but I know what I will be having for the week. then I build my order based on that weeks sale and my menu.

@babypineapple : I have heard the same thing although I don't know how true it is. I looked into doing them but I thought they were pretty costly. I can definitely find cheaper ways to plan a menu. But I admit they are handy and save time.

. I have never made them from scratch, I need to look into that. brightlights

@Weathergirl5 : I have, and they're always soggy. Now I just buy Alexia sweet potato waffle fries and bake them. Nice and crispy if you spray with a little olive oil before they go in! They also have a new spicy chipotle SP fry now (straight cut).

I love sweet potato fries! The only kind of potato allowed on keto!

@justanirishgirl : They're Keto friendly? I have a few friends who are strictly Keto, and they only eat sweet potatoes as a "cheat" (still carb heavy), and only if they're made "fat dominant" (lots of fat added... butter, oils, etc).
