@West-Tex : So sorry for my rude post. At Rehab (Alcoholic), I saw what Meth did to others-- such a vicious drug with a strong pull that cause some to use forever.
I roomed with a young mom of 5 (young kids). I heart broke for her....., not sure why she tried Meth the first time, but she said she was hooked in a blink. I could imagine her young natural beautiful face which had turned pitted, spotted, sunken cheeks and destroyed teeth. She suffered horribly with Meth bugs.
She was always saying, some die young!! After being clean, she was so positive and optimistic about her future with her husband (100% supported her rehab and took leave to care for their kids) and their kids.
We were scheduled to be released the same today. As the days ticked down, changes were noticeable. The pull was back, attitude was less positive and her nightmares must have been pretty damn scary--that woke me up!!
We stayed in touch on FB briefly, but........
Just leaves me wondering and praying.
Thanks for the tip.
