I actually does affect the East Fork, indirectly. When the West Fork gets flooded and into the lake, especially at -70K CFS, it back flows to the East Fork. The East Fork is already out of its banks, along with the other releases in other watersheds. Physics.

@Catmae : nope, The backflow is very minimal compared to the flow down the East fork. That's the actual physics. The East fork is not the lake.

@ParksideRes : Tell that to the folks who flooded during Harvey, and had to be rescued by the Cajun Navy. That's the actual truth of the matter. Why exactly do you think Huffman Commons flooded??
