Wow. I've gotten...and returned...some things delivered by amazon bc the packaging was so jacked up.

Hmmn. I was supposed to get something by 9 pm last night. They never showed and then about 9 pm put the delivery between today and Sunday. Um...no. I cancelled the order.

@ladybeachbum : I just cancelled and order that was supposed to arrive today and didn't ship until last night. They will refund and not expect a return.

@BusyMommy : I guess I should have let them bring it on but I canceled last night around 10 pm. I doubt they are sending it. I tried to make a complaint and couldn't find any way to do it.

@BusyMommy : Oh, and they said they would refund my money AFTER they received the product back.

I guess I've been lucky so far aside from wrong delivery address. Wehave neighbors at a cross street with a similar difference to this:

@ladybeachbum : The same thing happened to me. I am beyond mad. Also, they keep delivering my packages to my neighbor.

@MissDarla : I think Amazon may be getting too busy to be able to honor their next day or two day delivery. I bought something yesterday on prime 2 day and it says delivery Saturday. Before it would have been on Friday.

@BusyMommy : Why did you do that? I have had plenty of items ship late evening and get them the next day. They have quite a large operation in Houston now so a lot of items don't need to travel far.

@ladybeachbum : At what time did you order? There is a cut-off and it is different for certain items. You wanted to order it Yesterday (Wed). If it was past cut-off, Saturday is the correct day for 2-Day shipping. I have encountered numerous people in person that claims hardly anything gets to them in 2 days and "I have Prime for a reason". They had flat out not realized not every item available was eligible for 2 day shipping. They had numerous items pending from China that would ship in months! The same item was available Prime but they had no idea what they were clicking from.

Just a further weigh in: I've had 97 items in two years shipped to me from Amazon. Exactly 1 did not arrive on time and was the flat out Fault of UPS. It was in UPS' possession in Houston within 12 hours of ordering (CA->KY->TX) but it took UPS 5 days to deliver. Never been missing a package nor anything broken.

Pretty much sums up any profession now days. Not many people want to do a good job anymore.

Yep, Amazon orders are not being delivered within the 2 days. Ordered some things that were supposed to get here this past Saturday....then it said sorry but order is delayed. Your new dates are the 23rd-25th by 9 pm! 😡

@ParksideRes : Why does it matter to you if I return something? It was an item I needed today and had to go buy it because it didn't arrive. I was willing to return it, but they said not to, they will simply refund it.
