Daiquiri : let her know you only work when paid in advance and in cash as well as that you set you own work hours, project deadlines and quality standards. Don't forget to also tell her you expect your employeer to match 100% any proportion of your pay that you put into retirement savings and that too must be provided up front.

Maybe it's a legitimate job offer, but sometimes it is a way to get your info such as your social security number, etc. To those looking for a job, I would be selective on what info I put on an application. (After you are sure that the offer is legit and you are hired, then they can have more info). Research the company and check them out. Don't blindly give out info. Be careful! It's a jungle out there!!!
