@carol888 : It was all the tips I had left. wish it could have been more. Reading the modern day side, my mind immediately went to a local pastor who I watch on Tv every Sunday. The biblical side took me back to a pastor I knew growing up as a kid.

@carol888 : since i have been watching the chosen it reminds me of my religion class during my elementary catholic school . while we are watching the chosen my husband i discuss how much it reminds us of how we were taught the bible.. we have noticed the feel good pastors and we all know the big one here in houston that needs a few lessons in humility. a little of fire and brimstone wouldnt hurt a few more ministers and it wouldnt hurt us to learn more about how jews observe their teachings

The Christ Yeshua is alive! His feelings can change at ANY moment in time! Don't put limits on our Father, God is Almighty. Remember, Jesus is seated at the right hand of Abba Father. One day for our Father, is 1000 years for us. Any changes the Lord has made toward humanity, have been made completely outside of any human being comprehensions.

@carol888 : Hopefully we can feel good most of the time, of course there are trials.

Pertaining to clergy delivering strong or feel good messages, what I care about most it that those messages are derived directly from the word of God (KJV for Me).

The post I made are teachings, I learned directly from reading the Old and New Testements.

Winning Walk Dr Ed Young who is senior pastor at the second Baptist Church of Houston he is 85 yrs old & knows his Bible backwards & forward . If you google his name you will see he has videos on line & you have a choice to pick from . I have watched him most of my life on Sunday mornings if I didn't attend a church . For yrs now with some health issues it is fantastic to watch him on TV . I like him so much because he really preaches & teaches the Bible .
