Tailgate thefts were the hot commodity in the early 90s. Today we have catalytic converter thieves and I guess also they're going back to the tailgates.
Sorry, selfish, lazy, no-good, low life thieves need to be shot on sight! You know this was not his first nor will be his last theft.
