Humble Police Capture Suspect in $2150 Theft from Academy

Thank you to everyone on FM 1960 Bypass that stopped and did not run over our officers while they worked to take this resisting suspect into custody in the middle of the roadway!
Theft from Academy, over $2150.
He is very tired after running from police.
