Houston to host NCAA Final Four 2023!

This will be the 4th time Houston has hosted the Final Four (1971, 2011 and 2016)!

The NCAA event will take place 3/31/23-4/3/23. Four local universities (Rice University, University of Houston, Texas Southern University and Houston Baptist University) will make history as the first "quartet" to host the event.

Fans who want to attend the games (on 4/1/23 and 4/3/23) will have to NCAA Men's Final Four page (https://www.ncaa.com/mens-final-four) to apply for tickets.

Wait.. the Final 4 is only 4 teams... not 4 games.. How does 4 university hold what is actually a total of 3 games.??
I know I am missing something obvious lol

I just bought tickets ! I went last time the Final Four was in Houston. I've also been to Final Four games in Atlanta and New Orleans.

@Lace : The four universities will be the teams home base for practice, meetings, press, etc..... the games will be played at NRG Stadium.

When Houston hosted the Final Four 6 years ago the press coming into town to cover it got a lot of swag, most of which they left in their rental cars when then returned them. Most was junk, but I remember finding some neat stuff, all of which is long gone save for one commemorative seat cushion.
