there is a soul/southern food restaurant in the same parking lot that is amazing. I believe that's the only soul/southern food restaurant in Humble.

I have been a frequent customer for about a year. We have menus hanging up at work. You go often enough they will remember your order hehehe. I have to get the kids burger as the regular is LARGE! Love the cajun fries, but be ready sometimes we say ....... would you like some fries with that seasoning?!?Very delicious!

I love Hippo Burger!

Hippo Burger is the BEST. BURGER. AROUND!! (Sometimes even better than the one's DH grills at home!!) Is it too early for a Bacon Bleu Cheese???

We went couple of Sundays ago. Alas, closed on Sunday. Wife wants to go out for lunch, thank we'll try that and let you know. Thanks for the ideaWe went for lunch today. Good burger but not worth driving to town for. Probably one of the best around but it is a long drive to town. Ice tea taste brewed, not instant. Next time we go we'll order the kids burger we couldn't eat it all and split the fries. Two young boys came in and ordered the double with bacon, they spent some time before trying it. As we left I said your not going to make it and laughed they said your right. Drove by tico toco and it was really crowded. Need to go back, they are real good

So, for those that have had both options. Who makes the better burger? Hippo or the space shuttle gas station at Wilson and Atascocita Road?I only eat a burger out every few months so when I go next I want the better of the two.

Hippo is delicious! First time there, some guy in line told us that the owner(s?) used to work for that Dirty Juicy Burger place in Humble (also delicious!) and left to open their own place. Checked out both menus and they're almost identical, down to the fries (except Hippo has more menu items, I think)! Even the burgers look the same. 😂Now I want a burger! 😐
