Yeah, baby! Been planning gumbo all week. Will have a big pot going on Saturday. Will put leftovers in the freezer for future use!

Still too hot outside for gumbo for me.

Needs to be no warmer than 65, preferably colder, and it's a plus if it's rainy and miserable outside.

That's gumbo weather!! (for me anyway)
