Their gonna kill us one way or another.

I would've preferred locally made too. But I live in reality and know that most of what we have in our homes are "Made in China". When we live in a country that has workers willing to work for pennies, then this will change. OR, when we are willing to pay more for our TVs, appliances, etc. Until then, get used to it. If we took the USA ones, we probably wouldn't be able to get 4 for free. Also……. How about we move past comments/jokes like this …(using "they" for an entire race in a derogatory way) . Really not funny any more considering that Asian people are getting physically attacked. Oh…and quick grammar lesson . 'Their' is possessive. The correct spelling is "they're' for 'they are'. ELA teacher here, can't help myself! 🙂

Boonie : I doubt it. If so, then those people would not own one "China Made" product in their home, and they also wouldn't do much shopping at WalMart. People want cheap. This is just another talking point that is useless and divisive.

Also, I think people are forgetting that China got a head start on the manufacturing of tests. And were better at it. We were behind. And one of the MAJOR snafus that led to our first surge was we rejected tests from China and tried to make our own early in the pandemic and they were flubbed….which slowed down our progress greatly.
