Just for perspective, take a look at this before-after shot I assembled from yesterday on top and today on bottom...Take a look at the top picture's grassy median and notice it doesn't have a yellow curb but a stripe painted on the ground...The second pic clearly shows a yellow curb....So what you're seeing is that first median is completely underwater now and you're looking at the second median from the fence, which has a concrete curb....
This is footage of Kingwood Texas 08/28/17. Shot at 4:45 p.m by a drone. The footage includes Kingwood Town Center, apartments across from Kingwood High school, and intersection of West Lake Houston Parkway and Kingwood Drive.
Have not found the one from today which is much worse!!!!! Kingwood drive only accessible by boat!
Hope someone does a drone footage video of the San Jacinto and surrounding areas like the excellent one put out last year during the Memorial day floods...
