Finished product!

Lamb shanks served over fresh polenta with salad. Can't wait to dig in. My mouth has been watering all day. I'm worn out from cooking. There was even marrow in there. Emoticon

Dessert later.

@Luckysis : Thank you so much for the tips! I have to admit they were some of the best I've ever made. The meat was fall off the bone tender.

@brightlights : Thank you my friend. She had a wonderful birthday. And yes! We did dig out that morrow. A couple of them had a lots of it in there. A rare treat indeed.
