I actually like it on Pizza. Especially with ground sausage (not Italian) and onions.

I accepted a challenge to make a pineapple pizza. This is what I came up with. DW say yes, do it again.

If it's good enough for an award winning Italian chef/pizza maestro in Italy serving it to Italians, who am I to deny the deliciousness of pineapple on pizza. ðŸðŸ˜‹
